Supplies policy

Returns, refunds
and cancellations.

01

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us promptly, preferably within seven calendar days, if any item is damaged, defective, missing or incorrectly supplied.

Provide your invoice or order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where available. This reporting period does not limit applicable statutory or warranty rights.

Following assessment, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law and the agreed order terms. We will cover reasonable return and replacement delivery costs for confirmed faults or supply errors attributable to us.

02

Change of mind or incorrect selection

We do not normally accept returns because a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong item or no longer requires the goods.

An exception may be considered if requested within seven calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, complete and in their original packaging, with seals intact. Acceptance depends on product condition, traceability and verified storage requirements.

Any return delivery costs or restocking charge will be disclosed and agreed in writing before the return proceeds.

03

Medical supplies and hygiene-sensitive products

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened, used or unsealed medical supplies.
  • Sterile products with compromised packaging.
  • Single-use items, including masks, dressings and disposable breathing accessories.
  • Products requiring controlled storage where storage conditions cannot be verified.
  • Customised, specially procured or made-to-order items identified as such before purchase.

These restrictions do not remove rights relating to defective, incorrectly supplied or recalled products.

04

Order cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

If procurement or dispatch has not started, cancellation will normally be accepted without charge. Once procurement has started, cancellation may involve reasonable, documented and unrecoverable costs, where these cancellation terms were disclosed and agreed before order confirmation.

Special-order cancellation conditions will be stated in the quotation. If we cannot fulfil an order, payments for the unfulfilled portion will be refunded unless the customer agrees to an alternative.

05

Equipment warranties

AEDs, oxygen regulators and other equipment are supplied with the warranty terms stated in the quotation or accompanying documentation.

Please contact Adaptive Nautilus first for assistance with a warranty claim. Manufacturer warranty conditions do not limit any applicable statutory rights. Damage caused by misuse, improper storage or unauthorised modification is not covered unless otherwise required by law.

06

Return arrangements and refunds

Contact us before returning goods so that we can provide suitable instructions. Retain the product, packaging and relevant batch or serial numbers where possible.

For suspected unsafe or recalled products, stop using the item and contact us for instructions.

Approved refunds will normally be processed within ten business days after assessment and receipt of the goods, where a return is required. Refunds will be made through the original payment method where practicable. Credit notes will be issued only with the customer’s agreement.

07

Applicable rights and contact

This policy does not exclude or limit rights or remedies available under applicable Singapore law. Any order-specific terms must be agreed before purchase.
