MISSION PROFILE
Four levels of diving medical readiness
Our company vision
Our company strategy
Adaptive Nautilus will close the gap between owning medical equipment and being truly prepared to act. We will develop operational medical readiness for diving, offshore, maritime and remote operations by combining mission-specific solutions, practical user capability and ongoing lifecycle support, supported by trusted partnerships and measurable results.
Understand the people, risks, environment, available competence and route to higher care before recommending any solution. Build trust through relevance, clarity and operational fit.
Convert operational experience into repeatable kit tiers, assessment methods, checklists, eBooks and learning programmes that make specialist knowledge practical and scalable.
Develop ongoing support around inspections, replenishment, expiry management, familiarisation and readiness reviews—sustaining capability beyond the initial supply.
Use customer results, feedback and reference projects to strengthen our services, develop trusted partnerships and expand into adjacent maritime and remote sectors.
From equipment supplied to capability sustained.
The Diving First Aid Kit range
Every tier is a starting architecture. Final contents are reviewed against your people, worksite, hazards, dive profile and expected evacuation interval. This first-aid range is separate from, and is not offered as, a DMAC 15 diving medical kit.
A compact foundation for small teams, day boats and controlled recreational diving activities.
Broader capability for instructors, working divers and teams operating with greater task exposure.
A robust kit architecture for professional teams where casualty stabilisation and transfer may take longer.
A higher-readiness configuration for remote or extended operations with limited external support.

A compact semi-automatic AED available for diving, marine and remote-operation readiness packages. The quoted configuration combines a colour LCD, CPR feedback and connectivity capability in an IP66 enclosure.
Without LTE module, display or CPR feedback.

Final supply is subject to client requirements, availability and applicable regulations. Kit selection supports preparedness; it does not replace qualified clinical advice, trained personnel or an operation-specific emergency response plan.
New product · Topside medical readiness
A separate product for topside emergency preparedness on offshore installations, vessels and remote worksites, where access to higher care may be delayed.
A supplementary topside trauma kit, configured following an operational risk assessment. Independently developed and offered by Adaptive Nautilus for use alongside existing offshore medical provision.
Offshore readiness must support the whole worksite: deck crews, maintenance teams, marine personnel and divers working topside. The Remote Offshore Trauma Kit is being developed as a dedicated, accessible resource for the initial management of workplace injuries while medical support and evacuation are coordinated. It is a distinct product, separate from our four-tier Diving First Aid Kit range.
The proposed configuration addresses bleeding and wound care, burns and eye injuries, limb injury support, casualty protection and monitoring. Selection will consider worksite hazards, crew numbers, responder competence, existing medical stores and the expected time to higher care. Final contents and quantities remain subject to assessment and confirmation.
DMAC 15 Rev. 6.1 covers diving-related disorders and trauma during diving operations, and advises use alongside the vessel or installation medical kit. Our proposed topside kit adds a separately organised response resource, helping teams plan access to supplies without routinely drawing down designated diving medical stores. The product scope excludes the supply of a DMAC 15 diving medical kit. It supplements existing provision; it does not replace the DMAC 15 kit or vessel medical inventory. The need for this additional kit is determined by the operation’s risk assessment, rather than a DMAC requirement for this specific product. Reference to DMAC guidance does not imply endorsement, certification or affiliation with DMAC or another training provider.
The intended approach combines clearly identified supplies with inventory and expiry management, responder familiarisation and alignment with the site emergency response plan. Equipment selection must match the users’ training and available medical direction. A coordinated topside resource helps crews prepare for the interval between first response and transfer to higher care.

NAUTILUS“Readiness is not the number of items in a bag. Readiness is achieved when every item, every person and every procedure is aligned with the mission.”
Founder, Adaptive Nautilus
Nautilus Lee leads Adaptive Nautilus with a focus on mission-fit medical kits and practical product readiness.
Our approach is straightforward: select what is relevant, organise it clearly and keep it ready for the people who will use it.
Recommendations are tailored to the operating environment, team needs and available support.
Why mission-fit matters
Recreational, instructional, commercial, offshore, rescue and expedition profiles create different exposure and response requirements.
Distance, transfer arrangements and medical access determine the level of stabilisation and redundancy a team may require.
Contents must align with team size, training level, familiarisation and who is expected to act during the first critical minutes.
Heat, moisture, vessel movement, limited space, pressure-related hazards and remote logistics all influence configuration and packaging.
